HOW DO I ARRANGE MY SACRIFICE/QURBANI?

You have to pay extra for it.We can also arrange for an extra Sacrifice/Qurbani at extra cost,it will cost approximately 450 SR extra Qurbani.

WHAT KIND OF CLOTHING SHOULD I TAKE?

The weather is generally quite warm, so take light clothes, however in the evenings it can get cold, especially in Madinah so it would be a good idea to take a simple cloths.

HOW ARE THE MEN & WOMEN ACCOMMODATED IN MINA?

Men and women stay in separate tents in Mina and Arafat. We normally open up all tents of each section so that we can perform the daily prayers in congregation. this also enables pilgrims to breathe easier.

WHAT IF I GET ILL?

Pilgrims do not need to worry too much of this side of the journey as they are eligible for FREE OF CHARGE check up and medicines. The doctors in Makkah and Medinah hospitals speak English, Arabic and Urdu and many more language. Pilgrims are given the same treatment as the local residents or citizens. Addition to this, most medicines are available over the counter. Please note that pilgrims are not entitled of free of charge treatment in private hospitals.

WHERE CAN I EXCHANGE MY INDIAN RUPEES INTO RIYALS?

Within Makkah and Madinah there are many money exchangers dotted places, please ask a member of staff for the nearest place to your location. Please note there are no money exchange places In Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. Please note that some five star hotels can also exchange money but at a lower rate.

SHOULD I TAKE TRAVELLERS CHEQUES?

We will not advise you to do so because you will not have your passport with you to cash them.

HOW DO I GET MY CLOTHES WASHED?

There are lots of laundries near the Haramayn in Makkah & Madinah that will wash and press your clothes, Sometime this service is provided within the hotels, please ask the hotel staff. (Please note that laundries service within hotels could be, sometime, more expensive than outside laundries).

ARE HAJJ DRAFTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE?

Yes, the Hajj drafts are included in the Hajj prices and all our pilgrims are provided with the necessary draft. However, it becomes pilgrims responsibility to purchase if he/she lost or damaged it.

IS THE ROOM OCCUPANCY LEVEL GUARANTEED?

Once we have accepted your booking and confirmed your request, the room occupancy level will be guaranteed whilst in hotels in Makkah and Madinah. Please note like all other Indian based companies, we do not provide separate family rooms in the days of Hajj.

WHEN DO I PAY?

Pilgrims can apply at any time during the year. Please note that we have limited seats and we sell on first come first served basis. Please note that a minimum of 50,000 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Pilgrims are also requested to check regularly on our discount offers as we (sometimes) award discounts to applicants who make full payment within specific time

DOES ANYONE ACCOMPANY THE GROUP FROM THE INDIA?

Yes, each group has a group leader who is designated for the group and will remain with pilgrims. We have a separate team in Saudi Arabia that will look after your day to day needs. Addition to this, the main group leaders will remain with pilgrims throughout their journey until pilgrims leave Saudi Arabia for the journey back to the India.

CAN A LADY TRAVEL BY HERSELF?

Unfortunately this is not possible as it is a requirement of the Shariah as well as the Saudi government that a women must travel with a valid mahram (close male relative) i.e. father, son, brother, grandson, maternal or paternal uncle, grandfather, nephew, father-in-law and son-in-law.

HOW MANY TIMES IN A YEAR CAN I GET AN UMRAH VISA?

To this time, there are no restrictions on the number of times that you can apply for an Umrah visa.
